Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services provided by A2D Eats Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in connection with the EKMC Platform, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for restaurants.


1. Ordering and Cancellation Process

a. Order Placement:

All EKMC Platform subscriptions or QR code purchases are processed manually. Customers can initiate orders by contacting our sales or support team through the official channels listed on our website or via authorized representatives.

b. Cancellation Restrictions:

Once access to the EKMC Platform has been granted, or the service usage has commenced (including setup, configuration, or QR code generation), the service cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the start of service usage or activation. Once service has begun, the order is deemed accepted and non-cancellable.


2. Free Trial Period

a. Free Trial Offer:

We offer a one-month free trial for the EKMC Platform to allow customers to explore features and assess suitability before committing to a paid subscription.

b. No Refund During Free Trial:

During the free trial, customers are not charged. However, if any additional services or QR codes are purchased during this period, such payments are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to make full use of the trial to ensure the software meets their business needs.


3. Post-Purchase Cancellation and Refunds

a. After Activation:

Once a subscription or paid service (including QR code issuance) has been activated or delivered, no cancellation or refund will be processed.

This includes situations where the customer chooses not to continue using the platform after activation.

b. Technical or Setup Delays:

In case of technical delays caused solely by the Company before activation, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.


4. Exceptions

a. Special Circumstances:

In exceptional cases such as duplicate payments, erroneous billing, or non-provision of service due to internal issues, the Company may consider a cancellation or refund on a case-by-case basis.

The Company’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding.


5. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your registered email, order ID, and reason for cancellation. Requests without sufficient details may not be processed.


6. Changes to This Policy

A2D Eats Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon being published on our website or communicated through official channels.
